 Placing an order:

  • How do I use a promotional code – Once you have checked out and on payment stage there is a promotion box that you can apply the code too.
  • Can I make changes to my order 

We may be able to make changes to your order once you’ve hit the ‘place order’ button, this includes the following:

  • Changing the item or size
  • Delivery/billing address

  • Can I cancel my order – Please send an email to info@thesugababe.com to see if we can cancel your order, as we maybe able to catch it before it goes through to the processing stage
  • How long will it take to receive my order – Our standard delivery is 2-3 working days
  • I have placed an order but have not received an email confirmation, has my order gone through? Please check your spam emails first as they sometimes end to sneak in there, if you haven’t received one after an hour please get in touch with our customer service team info@thesugababe.com 
  • How do I change my account details: To change any of your details please go to my account and log in, here you will be able to change any personal information.



  • How long will it take for me to receive my order: Our standard delivery times are 2-3 working days
  • Which courier do you use – Evri
  • Do I pay delivery cost each time – Yes you do, but watch out for the launch of our unlimited delivery with a one of yearly payment
  • What if I’m out when my delivery comes – If you are not at home when Royal Mail delivers your order, they will normally leave a card with details on how to rearrange your delivery at a more convent time
  • Is a signature required? A signature is not required on our standard delivery service



  • What is your returns policy - Full refund is given when the unwanted item is returned within 14 days  of receiving your item – Please see returns page for more information : thesugababe.com/returns

  • Once I have returned my item when do I get my refund- We aim to process your refund in 10 working days
  • I have received a faulty item-  If you have received your item and its faulty, please contact us on info@thesugababe.com  with the following information
    1. Your order number
    2. Which item is damaged
    3. A description
    4. Photographic evidence
